Rotor-fed three phase shunt-wound motor type DNR(F)
The rotor-fed three phase shunt-wound motor allows, in a simple and economical way,
continuous and regulation of rotational speed without loss. It combines an electric
motor with electric control system and is equivalent to a highly qualified machine.
A sturdy motor system without control electronics, which guarantees highest operational
safety even under difficult operational conditions and high overload.
The FAURNDAU motor is and excellent drive for machines with variable rotational speed.
All FAURNDAU three phase shunt-wound motors can be supplied in a 4- or 6-pole product range.
The special advantages of this drive system:
- Continuous speed control happens in
the motor itself and without mechanical intermediate parts.
- Torque remains close to constant in the overall
speed control range.
- Start-up torque up to 2.5 times the motor rated
torque.
- Optimal utilization of electric energy through a high
efficiency
- ontrol via contactors - directly form the three
phase power supply.
- Brush-lifetime up to 8000 operating hours.
